Ally x WKNY Air Max 1

Activation Overview

WKNY asked us to create a factory-level Nike Air Max 1, fully color-matched to Ally's hex and brand palette for a custom client gifting moment. With a tight turnaround and no time for true factory development, we leaned into the world of sneaker customization — using paint, refinishing, and detailed surface work to make each pair feel Nike factory-made. We sourced a full size run of Air Max 1s across retailers and secondhand sellers, selecting base pairs that would allow for the most accurate color execution. Partnering with Brooklyn-based artist Fridge, we repainted each pair, added midsole co-branding as a nod to early 2000s Air Max releases, and finished them with custom laser-engraved Ally hang tags. Each pair was delivered in custom ALLY x WKNY packaging, personalized with client names, size, and Ally serial numbers. No two exactly the same.
